Alvin Lee is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with broad leadership experience across public accounting, corporate finance, and non-profit finance. He developed his foundation in public practice within a CPA firm environment, gaining hands-on experience in tax, audit, financial advisory, and client service before becoming Managing Partner at Blythe & Lee Professional Corporation.

He is known for translating complex financial information into clear, practical insights that help clients and organizations make informed decisions, strengthen accountability, and support sustainable growth.

Alvin holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and an MBA from Laurentian University. A Chartered Professional Accountant and former accounting professor, he brings a practical, client-focused approach to helping organizations strengthen financial decision-making and long-term performance.

At 5 Prime Sciences, Alvin oversees the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions, including tax planning, budgeting, and the financial processes that support operational priorities and strategic decision-making.
