OUR VALUES

What guides us.

01

AI-driven causal human biology evidence, over associations, animal and cellular models.

Not all evidence is decision-grade. We are rigorous about the distinction between causation and correlation, and honest about what the evidence cannot tell you. When the evidence refutes a hypothesis, we say so with the same rigour as when it confirms one.

02

Translation over reporting

The value of human evidence is not what it reveals. It is what it helps teams decide. Our goal is clarity at decision points, not messy data dumps.

03

Earlier over later

The biggest losses in drug development begin with biology decisions made early in pipeline. We work at the front end of value creation, where evidence has the most downstream impact.

OUR CULTURE

The evidence is only as good as the team that generates it.

Collaboration

The best evidence comes from people who ask the right questions together. We share what we know and build on each other's work.

Honesty

We tell partners when the evidence doesn't support their program. The same directness applies internally. Difficult conversations happen early, not late.

Accountability

Our work informs decisions that carry real consequences for patients and capital. We own that.

Excellence

We hold ourselves to the standard of evidence that could be trusted at a Board of Director-level decisions. Not because it's expected. Because that's the point.

We'd welcome the conversation.
